A Workshop with Poh Teng
Cost: $25.00 / Day Of: $35.oo

Learn how to prevent low back injury and how to encourage the body to heal from injury. Take away a practice for a healthy back that you can incorporate into your self-care plan at home. We will take our time with yummy hip opening postures. We will relieve muscular tension in the back, lengthen the spine and create space in the shoulders, chest and neck. We will also strengthen the core because it is our insurance for a healthy back – we must constantly make a contribution. Join us for this feel-good workshop and make plans to show off your Latin-dancing hips afterwards.

This workshop is for you if you are:

  • Looking for a yoga therapist to help with your healing
