Groove Yoga offers power yoga and vinyasa flow yoga classes. Choose from hot or unheated options. Our classes are athletic and challenging enough to give the most experienced yogi a workout, but are designed to work magic on even the tightest hamstrings. While your body strengthens, you learn techniques to settle and focus your mind, improve your breathing, and tap into a fundamentally transformative experience. If you’re athletic, but have never tried yoga, this is a fantastic place to start.
