We have a full slate of classes seven days a week. All classes are open to everyone. If you are new to yoga, please take a few minutes before class to introduce yourself to the teacher and inform them of any injuries or illnesses you may have.
Please note below heated vs. non-heated classes. Heated classes will be 90 degrees and above. Power Yoga can be strenuous, and while we encourage everyone to take breaks and listen to their body, you should check with your doctor to make sure you’re healthy enough to practice, particularly in the heated classes.
