Schedule
We have a full slate of classes seven days a week. All classes are open to everyone, except for the advanced power yoga class as indicated below. Please note below heated vs. non-heated classes. Heated classes will be 90 degrees and above. Power Yoga can be strenuous, and while we encourage everyone to take breaks and listen to their body, you should check with your doctor to make sure you’re healthy enough to practice, particularly in the heated classes.
